Genealogy
Ancestry Library Edition must be accessed within the library building. All other resources can be accessed remotely.
Our Southern History Room is located within the Guntersville Public Library and contains rare resources from all over the Southeast. Included in the collection are city directories, cemetery records, family history resources, and much more.
In addition, the Marshall County Alabama Archives is located on the corner of Gunter and Worth in Downtown Guntersville. Open Mondays from 9:00am-1:30pm. Drop-ins are welcome.
